The path to redemption – Part 1
In these sections we have plotted for all nine sectors a ‘generic’ path to redemption:
• deal with the temptation
• claim the gift
• make use of all three resources (head and heart and gut)
• take the advice of the opposites
The journey will be very different for each of the nine types, but the logic is consistent: it is all about the action and the interaction of these three resources – head and heart and gut.
For some people, there is one more key step – and it needs to go at the top of the list, not on the end of it. People who have spent years away from home base – for whatever reason – need to find their way back home.
There are many reasons why a person may try to function as if they belonged to a sector other than their own. There may be social pressure. The situation may demand a particular approach. And yet it is in each person’s home base sector that their best gifts and their true vocation will be found. For some, the first and best step on the path to redemption will be ‘finding their way back home’ – discovering, and then learning to value and affirm, the gifts which are truly theirs.
